Maintain an efficient and current filing system for business transactions, purchases, refunds, and billings.Ensure inventories of aquatic supplies are maintained, picked-up/delivered, and restocked as needed. Research and obtain pricing on equipment and oversee equipment and office supply ordering for department.Responsible for ensuring invoices are coded, signed, and submitted to Accounting in a timely manner.Coordinate the requisition of business expense reimbursements for employees in department and payment of bills and invoices for department.Process all private lessons, commissions, special event charges, inventory items, and guest fees in RPOS and answer member billing inquiries and commission inquiries as required.Compile and compare invoices and prepare bi-monthly report. Process payment of contractors prior to payroll deadlines.Maintain Northstar program for Aquatics department including RPOS and InMotion database.Oversee accuracy of schedule and problem-solve any technical issues. Build and maintain Aquatics schedule and member reservation system.
